The governing rules and regulations for Next Level Baseball tournament operations.
Article I - Organization
Establishment and purpose of the organization
Section 1.1 - Name
The organization shall be known as "Next Level Baseball," hereinafter referred to as "the Organization."
Section 1.2 - Purpose
The purpose of the Organization is to provide high-quality youth baseball tournaments that promote sportsmanship, skill development, and positive competition for players aged 4 through 18.
Article II - Governance
Leadership structure and responsibilities
Section 2.1 - Tournament Directors
Tournament Directors are responsible for the overall operation and management of events, including scheduling, venue coordination, and enforcement of rules.
Section 2.2 - Authority
Tournament Directors have the authority to make final decisions regarding tournament operations, rule interpretations, and disciplinary actions.
Article III - Eligibility
Player and team participation requirements
Section 3.1 - Age Requirements
Player eligibility is determined by age as of May 1st of the current season, with grade exceptions as outlined in our Age Calculator guidelines.
Section 3.2 - Team Registration
All teams must be properly registered with complete rosters, insurance documentation, and payment before participating in any tournament.
Article IV - Code of Conduct
Expected behavior standards for all participants
Section 4.1 - Sportsmanship
All participants are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect for opponents, officials, and the game of baseball.
Section 4.2 - Violations
Violations of the code of conduct may result in warnings, ejections, suspensions, or permanent bans from tournament participation.
