Tournament Cancellation Policy

NLBaseball is committed to providing a fair and consistent experience for all participating teams. The following policies are in place to manage cancellations due to weather or team withdrawals.

Weather-Related Cancellations

The safety of players, coaches, and families is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather, we will do everything possible to keep tournaments on schedule. However, if games must be canceled, the following refund/credit policy will apply:

• 0 games played: 100% credit for a future tournament.
• 1 game played: 50% credit for a future tournament.
• 2 or more games played: No credit or refund will be issued.

A game is considered "played" once the first pitch is thrown. All credits must be used within one year of the original tournament date.

Team Withdrawal Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. If a team must withdraw from a tournament, please notify us as soon as possible. Our withdrawal policy is as follows:

• Withdrawal 14+ days before the tournament start date: A full credit will be issued for a future tournament, or a refund can be requested (minus a $50 administrative fee).
• Withdrawal 7-13 days before the tournament start date: A 50% credit will be issued for a future tournament. No refunds will be given.
• Withdrawal less than 7 days before the tournament start date: No credit or refund will be issued.

This policy is strictly enforced to ensure fairness to all teams and to manage scheduling and bracketing commitments.
