We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Tournament Director to oversee the planning and execution of our youth baseball tournaments across Florida. This role is central to our mission of providing a premier experience for players, coaches, and families.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of baseball tournaments from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with facility managers, umpires, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth event operations.
• Develop and manage tournament schedules, brackets, and standings.
• Ensure all participants (teams, players, coaches) are properly registered and informed.
• Oversee on-site event execution, including setup, staff management, and addressing any issues that arise.
• Manage budgets and ensure financial targets for each tournament are met.
• Uphold and enforce all tournament rules, policies, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event management, preferably in sports or athletic tournaments.
• Deep knowledge and passion for the game of baseball.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to tournament locations across the state on weekends.
