This policy applies to all users of Next Level Baseball services, including coaches, team managers, players, parents, and guardians.
Certain data must be retained for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons:

Include your full name, email address associated with your account, and any team affiliations. We may request additional verification to protect your privacy.
Clearly state what data you want deleted. You can request deletion of your entire account or specific categories of information.
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and provide an estimated timeline for completion.
Once processed, we will send you a confirmation email. The process typically takes 30 days or less.

Extended Timeline for Complex Requests
In some cases, such as accounts with extensive tournament history or ongoing legal matters, the process may take up to 60 days. We will notify you if additional time is needed.
For data that must be retained for legal or operational reasons, we will anonymize your information by:
Data in backup systems will be deleted during the next scheduled backup cycle, typically within 90 days. These backups are not accessible for operational use and are maintained solely for disaster recovery purposes.
We may deny or delay your deletion request in the following circumstances:
We are required by law to retain certain records (e.g., financial transactions, tax documents)
Active legal proceedings, investigations, or unresolved disputes require data retention
Data needed to detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
