NLBaseball is committed to providing a fair and consistent experience for all participating teams. The following policies are in place to manage cancellations due to weather or team withdrawals.
The safety of players, coaches, and families is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather, we will do everything possible to keep tournaments on schedule. However, if games must be canceled, the following refund/credit policy will apply:
100% credit for a future tournament
50% credit for a future tournament
No credit or refund will be issued
Important Notes:
We understand that circumstances can change. If a team must withdraw from a tournament, please notify us as soon as possible. Our withdrawal policy is as follows:
A full credit will be issued for a future tournament, or a refund can be requested (minus a $50 administrative fee).
A 50% credit will be issued for a future tournament. No refunds will be given.
No credit or refund will be issued.
Policy Enforcement:
This policy is strictly enforced to ensure fairness to all teams and to manage scheduling and bracketing commitments.
