You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
When registering a team for a tournament, you agree to:
Tournament fees must be paid in full before the team is confirmed for participation. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or other approved methods.
Refunds and credits are subject to our Tournament Cancellation Policy.
All participants, including players, coaches, parents, and spectators, must adhere to our code of conduct:
Treat all participants, officials, and staff with respect
Display good sportsmanship at all times
Follow all safety rules and guidelines
Harassment or abusive behavior will not be tolerated
Cheating or rule violations result in disqualification
Illegal substances or activities are prohibited
Violations: We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates our code of conduct, without refund. Serious violations may result in permanent bans from future events.
You may submit content such as team information, player profiles, photos, and statistics. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services.
By participating in our tournaments, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during events. These may be used for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in writing before the event.
Content Standards: All content must be appropriate, lawful, and not infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.
Participation in baseball tournaments involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the activity, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Level Baseball shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.
Waiver Required
All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in tournaments. Minors must have waivers signed by a parent or legal guardian.
All content on our website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Next Level Baseball or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
